The pee is propelling her upwards, I think. I dunno about the broken pillars, though. Maybe they are pillar-looking youkai that asked Patchouli to read them something, and miss Knowledge used it as an excuse to test those "bodily fluid manipulation" spells. She is on her testing outfit, of course. Patchouli sure is extreme when she tries.
