二人は・・・僕の為に・・・僕を取り合って戦っているんだね？と僕は二人に聞いた。自惚れた話かもしれないけどと付け加えて。その言葉に二人は、一瞬驚愕に顔をゆがめて、俯いた。「そうぞ、「」殿を妖夢殿から奪う為にぞ・・・。「」殿が妖夢殿の傍に行かない様に」布都ちゃんはぽつりと言った。「妖夢殿は、「」殿と長い時間一緒に過ごしている。もう見たくないぞ、「」殿と妖夢殿が一緒に居るのは。我が・・・我が、「」殿と一緒に居たいのに・・・」布都ちゃんは僕に抱きつく。「私だって、「」さんと布都さんが一緒に居るのは嫌です。私は・・・「」産の事、好きですから・・・！」妖夢さんは意を決し様に言う「ずっと、ずっと、片思いだったんです。言い出したくても、今までの関係が良かったから言えなかった・・・でも・・・いつかは、自然に距離が近づいてくれる・・・そう思ってたんです・・・。それなのに、布都さんが来てから・・・」妖夢さんは布都ちゃんを睨む「布都さんが来てから、「」さんは布都さんの事ばかり気にかけてます。布都さんは、「」さんの傍に居てべったりと甘えてて・・・そこは、私が欲しかった席なんですよ！それなのに、突然横から現れて「」さんを独り占めして・・・」妖夢さんも、僕に抱きついた。「「」さん、貴方が好きなんです・・・ずっと、ずっと・・・。だから、絶交なんて言わないで下さい・・・。お願いですから、嫌わないで・・・」妖夢さんは懇願する様に言う「「」殿ぉ、言ったではないか？我の傍に居てくれると。我は・・・我は、「」殿が居なければ、もう誰も居ないぞ・・・。独りにしないでくれぞ」布都ちゃんは泣きついて言う。青娥さんは二人が僕の事を愛していると言っていた。僕は二人の傍に居るつもりなのだけど、そういう事じゃないのだろう。二人が言っている『傍』は。僕は、どうしたいんだ？僕はどうしたい・・・？僕は・・・僕は、誰の『傍』に居たいのか・・・？わっふるわっふる

"You two... were both fighting for my attention, weren’t you?” I asked the two.
It may seem conceited, but I had to ask.
My question left shocked expressions on their faces. They hung their heads in shame.
"Exactly...It would be best if my lord kept his distance from Youmu-dono...but my lord won't leavth her side." Futo-chan sighed.
"Youmu-dono hath had many a good time together with my lord. I grow weary of seeing my lord and Youmu-dono together all the time. I...I...want to spend time with my lord too." Futo-chan said, clinging to me.
"I too don't enjoy seeing Futo-san together with ...-san. That’s because I... love ...-san!" Youmu-san said, set on her feelings.
"For as long as I can remember, I’ve secretly loved you, ...-san. But even though I yearned to confess my love, I couldn’t bring myself to say anything when I thought about how good our relationship already is. Still, I hoped that the distance between us would naturally grow smaller over time. That’s when Futo-san showed up...” Youmu-chan declared, glaring at Futo-chan.
"Ever since Futo-san came she’s been the center of your attention. Always by your side, depending on you, being spoiled by you... I was supposed to be the one in that position, not Futo-san!” Youmu-san said while clinging to me.
"...-san, I love you. I’ll love you forever and ever. I’ll stop fighting, so please never talk about breaking up again. Please don’t hate me!” Youmu-san pleaded.
"My lord, haven't thou said it? I will always be at thy side. I... I... If I am not at thy side, I shalln't be with anyone... So please don't leave me." Futo-chan begged in tears.
Seiga-san mentioned earlier that Futo-chan and Youmu-san love me. I do intend to remain by their side, but that’s not the real problem now is it?
They confessed their love to me.
How should I feel about this? Who... Who do I really want by my "side"...?
