Not really, it just looks as a bloody image of sakaya, by this point anyone should know that she turns into a mouhou shoujo (as she is in the cover >.<) and the fact that this is the fight against elsa maria is not clearly so IMO its not an spoiler

In this site there are pictures of Inspector Gadget using firearms and Metal Gear characters acting like in a date sim, so there's no actual way to figure out if this is a spoiler or just an imaginative artist... that is, unless some genius uses the spoiler tag.

I've been spoiled by the spoiler tag in cases where if the spoiler tag hadn't been used, I would have just thought it was the artist's imagination. Goddamit.
