You know... If it were not for the graininess at the ends of the hair and at the chest, I would have thought that this was a photo. As is, the top of the head and eyes in particular are really well done.
From the thumbnail, I thought this was a picture of a real person, even looking at it full sized, I almost think it was a photo touched up to look like a drawing.
