I know he lists "guinea pig" since that animal is famous for being used in experiements (which Doctor Eirin would do), but there is no "guinea pig" girl in Touhou. That's what I thought when I first read it.

I couldn't think of an equally natural-sounding equivalent that would properly suggest Reisen. "Guinea rabbit" didn't quite sound right.)

In spanish a guinea pig is called a conejillo de indias (among others), so it kind of fits in that perspective.

It's not like "モルモット" explicitly suggests Udonge...
