Yeah. In some pages, you have stuff like "Eh..." or "Yes, Yukari-sama" being translated, while the rest is ignored.

"Ignored" isn't really the right word to describe a situation where someone isn't sure how to make the conversion sound right and follows the rule to not attempt it.

I'd say half translation is better than no translation.
