As long as there are pics that are barely cute in the pool compared to this one, I'll just keep putting it in... since it's already above the average of the pool.

This is not environmentally friendly. You could use that effort to clean part of the mess in the pool instead...

The funny part being that it keeps getting removed because RiderFan is trying to clean out the pool of subpar material. Mobius loops are fun.

Which ones? We'll remove them too. To give you some idea of where the quality bar should be, post #786581 was heavily debated and eventually deemed unworthy.
This is just like the image deletion appeal arguments we periodically have: the approval of other images of lower quality than the one under discussion isn't an argument for approving it, it's an argument that the other images were incorrectly approved. We're just working with a much higher bar here.

We can start with the mostly generic Pokemon ones, like the generic bulbasaur with the slightly tilted head from a while back... pokenerds just need to step down from this pool for being too biased; I mean hell, the first pic is just a cat with a coin glued to it's forehead... and this is coming from a cat person.

Bring this up in the forums. what you are suggesting is a very big change to the pool itself.
