    Kan-Colle Manga: The Sequel to "Souryuu and Kongou", "It Bothered Souryuu"

    This is the Kan-Colle Manga "It Bothered Souryuu", the sequel to "Souryuu and Kongou".

    I didn't draw a dividing line, but it's two panels.

    Souryuu's holding the cloth used to wipe it off.

    That's what I figured, but that doesn't help explain Kaga at all, except perhaps the trembling.

    One also needs to remember who the commander of the 2nd Carrier Division was. Souryuu could have very well strong-arm thrown Jun'you out for the bad makeup attempt(which is a double pun. Souryuu threw Jun'you and removed the makeup. both use Otoshi), thus freaking out the 5th Division into a cheeping mess and Kaga's footing the repair bill.

    She's holding her wallet and trembling because she was terrified of how Souryuu looked with that make-up on. She's handing her money because she's all like "Here's all the money I have on my wallet in exchange for you NEVER putting that on ever again."
