This wouldn't really work. Kyubey's mind is basically uploaded into another clone so it isn't as if he doesn't die. All Rulebreaker does is kill, it wouldn't erase the memory that was transplanted into the new clone body.
Imagine Breaker wouldn't work either since Kyubey isn't using magic or even a power when his mind is being is being copied. Only way to kill Kyubey would be to find and destroy the source which monitors the mind and uploads it into new bodies.

This guys, as sad as it is. Rule Breaker disrupts all magecraft, not just contracts. Same for Imagine Breaker, but Setsunator is right. Kyuubey isn't using magic. He's just using alien tech to puppet multiple spare bodies. At best, Imagine Breaker and Rule breaker would undo any magical girl contracts he's made. That might save the still living magical girls but I doubt it'd do anything for any girls who have already become Witches.
To kill Kyuubey just by attacking one of his bodies, you'd need something like Shiki (be it Ryougi or Tohno) using the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception to "kill" Kyuubey's real existence through the copied body. And that's assuming he isn't something like Chaos, who won't die if his split-off monster bodies are destroyed.

Well. Considering that the embodiment of their soul is their soul gem. If the contract is cancelled, wouldn't that mean the magic binding their soul to their soul gem would be released...outside of their bodies?
