    I briefly suspected I had ageusia, but the cooking I ate at other restaurants definitely had taste to it, so it seems the problem was with the shop, after all.

    What shall we eat in Hiroshima?

    I had it three nights in a row when I was in Hiroshima a couple of years ago. Each time was at a different restaurant, so there was some variety in the style. It was all really good of course. Someday when I make it there again, I'll try something else, but the craving for okonomiyaki will remain strong.
