I think the lines by the puchis are in the puchi language. Note the rectangular speech bubbles and the hiragana outside the bubbles.

In the past strips speacially when Fubuki's puchi dreams about being a monster, the puchis speak between them in their own language and the author puts the text like we can understand them.

I can hear the sound of Fubuki's puchi, 'puuuuueee~'

She became MC by being the first ship in the class that most gave Japan an edge and was most compatible with being a starter ship.

She just had no characteristics of an MC.

Nature abhors a vacuum. If she has no traits to start with, and lots of deban to spare, she naturally gets filled with Flanderization for the first thing they can come up with.
