Like how vampires/bat-type youkais can't stand garlic, running water, sunlight, beans and probably chocolate.

Maybe they have developed a resilience towards them, like they have become that much stronger over the years of getting hit by them

Pretty sure it was just her being in the spirit of the festival rather than being fond of setsubun, for all you know she could be a master dodger.

I'd say it might have to do with them being Devas, perhaps it's the lesser, regular Oni that are more bothered by beans.

And i do eat full body shrimp without open it. Someone just dont give a damn.
