    There are only 4 here, as well as they do pull some elements from each other, with Setsuna and all.

    Also, each also have a symbol with Love being heart, Miki being Spade, Buki being Ondourur!! and Setsuna being...well...Setsuna.

    I say it fit much more than Dokidoki.
    Although the ending would be more interesting if Setsuna was Blade since she does leave at the end although she did act like Mutsuki to a T around the first few episodes after her transformation.
