You probably didn't notice that too but it's also because she stopped speaking like an Abyssal, and speaked normally.

I think sakimiya will not be working on this for a while. Said it in the commentary a few pages ago.

That's the one - I made sure to tag it appropriately; you should also see that the font changed from the monospace 'Abyssal' style, to the 'Regular' style. Made sure not to mess that one up in the TL.

Well, while this is a place the artist can stop if they so choose, this isn't necessarily the end of the series, as there are serious unexplained portions of this backstory (what, exactly, did the Admiral do?) and there is plenty of room to show what happens going forward from here, like how ACWO can be (or have troubles trying to) be reintegrated with the rest of the shipgirls.

Meaning the feels or warm fuzzies don't have to be over just yet.

Well, I am okay with that. Guy did churn out several chapters in rapid successions. Not to mention they are free to browse. That's a well earned rest on my account.

Having gotten a look at the print edition of Level 1 Zuikaku, I can confirm it does have a couple of extra chapters going into the immediate aftermath of the final victory, such as the discovery of Zuikaku's state and dealing with the various abyssal ships as they become non hostile, a prologue to chapter 1 showing how mini-Zuikaku came to live with Kaga, as well as an epilogue with purified Shoukaku and Kaga having a talk with mini-Zuikaku about training and growing up. Feels were had, with my rudimentary japanese plus google translate. Hopefully someone who knows what they are doing may scan and translate it in the future.
