Yep, it certainly is Nagato. (though the proportions of the padoga mast seem a bit off)

I can't tell who the girl with the shotgun is. I want to say it's either Haruna or Ru-Class but neither of them are in the tags. Plus, Fusou and her sister are with Battleship Hime, Houshou is about to shoot something down, and Nagato is chasing the Admiral. So I'm out of girls with long black hair.

Did anyone else realize that all the towels are signal flags?

I think it's Amagi Kai but I can't place the headband. She's the only ship girl with that kind of footwear that I can think of, unless you think it might be Nachi Kai Ni, but she doesn't have a headband either.

Chikuma, maybe? I can't tell if that's gear or her boots, but that's who came to my mind.
