Can't figure much about the untranslated part.

I see "しまちゃ" (Shimacha), I thought it means "Shima-chan" but when they're small, then tend to say "shan" instead of "chan or san".

Dunno what it means exactly.

It'd most probably be that she can't pronounce it properly because of young age.
