    That does not at all look like Shirahama Ken'ichi. Untagging.

    I'll leave the copyright in case these are manga characters I've forgotten, (It's been a while,) but I'm positive the male in the scene isn't Ken'ichi. Hair color and style is wrong.

    Someone else will have to verify copyright.
