I too thought that the thumbnail was a photo. Almost makes me want to put this into the misleading thumbnails pool.

Given the artist is russian, I'd say it's ГАЗ-21 (GAZ-21 ), but not sure - I'm not good with soviet cars and there is lots of similar looking cars, shown in russian wikipedia page not counting variations of GAZ21.
