I almost feel this deserves the Hilarious in Hindsight pool seeing that the Lunarians are considering migrating to Gensokyo or the Dream World during the events of LoLK. It's never explicitly stated what Dream World Gengetsu and Mugetsu live in (at least as far as I know), so something like this happening is entirely reasonable.
