You could just throw the powder down the hatch, it's bitter though.. (i personally mix the powder with a tablespoon of honey, yay for extra nutritions) and usually people are swallowing the pills with some water here, cmiiw though.. But maybe that would fit the tablet variety better..

For the poll, i'll take liquid one.. I have a childhood trauma of choking on a tablet about 3/4 size of an adult thumb top digit for quite a time..

I actually had a bad medicine experience last night. I took a capsule without any water, and I was playing a game when I coughed a little, letting out a smoke like puff of powder. I was stunned for a moment, and realized the capsule had gotten lodged in my throat and had dissolved.

I'm using water from now on, no matter how small it is.

For the poll, I perfer liquid. Specifically Dimetapp. That artificial grape flavor was fantastic. I was so happy as an adult to find hard candies flavored like that.
