Koro-sensei is fucked. Even at mach 20 he won't be able beat Saitama. Hell, he better upgrade and move at light speed if he plans to get a few second headstart to escape.
A very interesting matchup as both have pretty much superhuman abilities. Though I don't think neither can beat each other as Saitama's practically invincible while Korosensei needs a special type of ammunition to actually damage him.

It's not that he's IMMUNE to everything else, Anti-Sensei Material is just his weakness and is basically used mostly only because it is harmless to everyone and everything else so his students won't die from stray bullets all the time.
When there aren't anyone around, conventional missiles are still the most often used weapons to counter Sensei, so Saitama's punch still CAN and WILL kill Sensei.

Well i the latest chapter he did dodge an orbital anti-sensei laser(aka: a beam of light) cannon.

So? Saitama can dodge a blow that's coming at him at literally light-speed. He also split a Planet Buster Beam by exerting a little bit more effort in punching it.
If Saitama had a good reason to fight Koro-sensei it will be over with one punch.
