Selfishness is not limited to simply gorging as much as possible on as many things as possible but it's trying to bend even the universe itself to suit one's own current plans even if the end result of those plans happens to benefit others.

Considering the amount of drinking glasses on the table in panel one, she's most likely not planning to eat it alone.

Still, theft to be "nice" is not proper grounds to steal. People can misinterpret a nice person as being good, when it has nothing to do with righteousness. For example, being nice to an evil person is being tolerant of their sin and consequentially doing sin. The ability to distinguish the support of morals over blind tolerance is the reason Dante has to go through his journey through hell. This false link between virtue and personality is why people have fallen for the most evil of people, even though they themselves saw themselves as "good". If Remiu had the intent to make the party, it would have been better of her to propose the idea to those she needed resources from and allow them to donate or deny the resources.

Of course, Reimu is pretty much the glue that holds Gensokyo together so I guess she can pretty much do whatever she wants.

I can see why Reimu's eyes were designed like that because it's impossible to judge her. Every time I see her, her face always say "Eh, whatever" and goes on her own pace "peacefully".

Maybe because the whole Mokou/Mystia thing, she can be depicted as more teenaged than Cirno and Rumia.
