I think that's the Akatsuki class all the way at the front. And behind them and Yamato is probably Fubuki, Mutsuki, and Yuudachi. Someone is standing on top of that tower thing to the right of the Akatsuki sisters, could be Sendai based on the posture, but I'm not sure if the colors match. Don't know who is with Yamato or who is in front of Goya (though I might guess Shoukaku for the latter just based off the hair).

That's absolutely DesDiv6 and the anime trio. I kinda hesitate to say Sendai on the tower even though it makes sense for her character is because it looks like whoever it is is wearing a cape of some kind, and even if it's her scarf, it's the wrong color.

And for the mystery hair color girl, I think that's Ro considering she's with the Submarine group (and closest to Decchi), and has something stuck to the left side of her head which could very well be her flower hairpiece.

It's actually Nagato.
