Not sure if you knew that by memory or what, but good job. From the look of his commander, they're definitely Breetai/Exedor analogs for Macross F, anyway. And of course, Henmere's added a tag for the guy...

The line is kind of a minor meme on Nico Nico, seeing as it appears in one of the more memorable scenes in the show. I had to google it to get the episode number, though.

I vaguely recognized the face, but wasn't familiar with the associated line (ご存知、ないのですか!?), so I didn't think to look for it, and the image wasn't immediately associated with the ヤックデカルチャー meme when I looked that up.
