The general page style is more Kouji than Yano Toshinori, IMO. The story certainly isn't much like the usual Yuubari-san series, even if the depiction of Akagi fits with fanon.

Especially with that extra hand that's shown up in the art...

As far as I know, it showed up in art for the Sukiya promo.

It appeared right after the maintenance in-game, which they immediately fixed afterwards. Managed to screencap mine still
