    A Maiden is Surprised (This is the Second Part)

    Kongou and Haruna saying "Commander" along with Hiei's dialogue are all on purpose.
    In this fleet, the admiral and Hiei aren't especially close (※They're not distant either←This is important).
    This time the amusing facial expressions are considerably moderate, in exchange I hope you find Hiei's "normal" or "daily" expression to be satisfactory.

    Artists like this always weird me out. As in, the currently "stoic" characters are immaculate and beautiful while the characters reaction-facing and currently engaged in being the butt of the joke look horrifying; not in a bad-art kind of way, but a "that scares the crap out of me" way.

    Sheesh, now that's just showing off.

    Considering the artist, the artist probably just means that the extent of the facial expression is quite moderate compared to their previous work.
