    Oh. my. god. THAT'S why Koakuma's name is never REALLY named! She's just an unnamed little devil with the express intent to be renamed Remilia Scarlet if Remi were to ever kick the bucket. And thus a Scarlet Devil will forevermore be named Remilia.
