I actually did swapped from Suzuya-Kumano to Tone-Chikuma in E2H. Now I'm a bit salty in E5H using moderate Mogami with Choukai-san instead...

No. The frog puppet IS Nonco's avatar in Kancolle.

Gotta say, perhaps it should be added to Good Job Admiral pool, since he chose to believe in Suzuya and finally cleared E2

I think Ooyodo is nonco's TTK, but because she is in nonco's base she is also crazy and speaks to a sock puppet when she begins to doubt herself.

Nah, the puppet first appeared with Atago (in bodypaint, none-the-less) in November 2013. Though in another strip, it's stated that the Admiral says different things depending on the who the secretary is... (since they're the one's wearing him).

This is almost Kuso Teitoku material. Almost...

I wonder if the 2 CAV was the right tactic for E2H. I thought that 1 CAV, Ooyodo (both with day DA + WG42 setup) and 1 CVL would have worked better and it seemed so since it went quite smoothly and, once at last kill, I cleared it at first try.

I went 1 CA 1 CVL, sacrificing Saiun for AS. [Well, I say "sacrificing", but I don't really like Saiun all that much]

which would probably explain why TTK keeps sending her over and over

I personally had to swap my poor Kumano and Suzuya out for a break and brought in stronger CAs (Furutaka+Kako) for a stronger night battle potential, at the expense of daytime double-attack and overall effectiveness. There was great difficulty in gaining air dominance against the boss in her final form anyway with just Suzuya's and Kumano's seaplanes to make the most out of daytime double-attacks. Furutaka and Kako wrestled a victory out of the boss' clutches in just a few runs. It was worth the gambit.

Still, a salute to Suzuya and Kumano for their efforts, what matters the most is the journey instead of the goal.
