Adding Grappler_Baki and Parody tag since the artist's works on Pixiv have constantly been referencing Baki; and everything about this picture references Baki-dou (Baki Part 4)

Well, that is surprising and a bit ridiculous in my eyes.

Poorly compressed: Any image where compression artifacts are easily visible.

Thus, the flag is irrelevant because flagger did not read rules.

Danbooru rules are weird and pretty intransparent, since they seem to contradict each other in some cases.
If you click the "Flag" option, this appears:
Acceptable reasons:
"Poor compression: JPEG artifacts"
But if the TOS page is true and the artist don't redo their work, I have to agree with you here.

That's also the problem - flagging rules are not updated to match with site rules, which are changed more frequently than some people think.

A shame, it looks badass. But rules are rules

Sure, it also grinds my gears that artist uploaded his picture in condition like this, but until he/she will not upload clearer version, this post just can't be deleted.

I have approval power but approving one own uploads isn't that good^^. So I have to wait until it gets deleted or gets approved by another one. I can't do anything here.
