You're both more-or-less right. The commentary is a Plasma reference, but the image lines are all in-game lines being said while she does absolutely nothing to act upon them... it's probably a game mechanics hypocrisy thing.

To be fair, she does say "if possible". Which it tends not to be when they keep shooting at her.

Disliking fighting doesn't necessarily mean being unwilling to fight.

She should've used the torpedo in the most effective way.

Big stick pacifists are the only legitimate pacifist in my eyes. They avoid unnecessary conflict, but if they need to protect people, they aren't afraid to serve up a can of whoop ass.

There is actually a historically accurate way to reconcile Inazuma and Plasma-chan: Racism.

You see, during the war Inazuma only cared about the crew, not the ship itself.
