Not even close. That's just the standard Zaku II. You should remember that Zaku I units don't have power coils coming out of their head.

And purple colors for the torso and limb areas.

All of these guys here are Zaku II, probably J (ground type) variants to boot.

The style reminds me of some art of WW2 it’s really neat (the book’s cover also gives me those vibes)
