That doesn't look like Akigumo at all to me, looks like an older Hibiki with an ahoge.

I was under the impression that akigumo's hair went up, and THEN down, which means no sharp angle in the split between the left bunch (right side in picture) and center part. It should end in a blocky shape at her hairline.

I concede that it looks like a mix though, since in this comic their hair colours are the same.
