It's (Player 2) Reimu … as Richter, because it fits just too perfectly, and because both are Fortes' choice personas. I know, Touhou already has Koumajou Densetsu as a perfect marriage with the Castlevania series, so I basically avoided any ill-fated attempts to outdo it costume design-wise and stuck with the basics - call it a cosplay, if you like.

It's the first time this year that I've been able to colour in this paint-style and stick with a hard-edged brush all the way, without airbrush-gradients to correct the shading. It also looks cleaner than last year's older attempts at this. ^^ Gotta keep trying, maybe this'll set the standard for the future heh …

Black feathers because corvids are awesome (as Fortes will definitely tell you).
And a Mima-shaped pendant because FortesGospel1984xLogos1959 = the strongest pairing in existence.
