He's friends with the quite a few other big Touhous.

Per post #1578450, he's been acquainted a few years with musical Touhous, and per post #1857896 they appear to be TAMUSIC. They've even done signings at Melon Books per post #1722100 - Kogasa-san leads a charmed life.
