I still think she's lifting her by the boobs. Or at the least, the armpits. Look where her hands are.

at least Kaga's left hand is just below yama-chan's boob

Either way this looks very uncomfortable for everyone involved.

Nah, Kaga is holding her up by her rib cage if anything. She IS kinda small... so I doubt she weights enough for her to need to lift her up by her pits...
