The hat she's wearing is likely a kazaori eboshi (as described on matarajin's Wikipedia page). Of course, ZUN's lovely art means all we see is a shoe hat. As per wiki rules, images with these two shall be tagged with tate_eboshi .

And she's holding myouga, a type of plant.
