I think Shigu misunderstand what Iowa said about "dangerous" by wearing a bikini. As always Nonco's handwriting is fucking hard to read.

Without knowing the context why would Shigure want to commint honorable death? About wearing a bikini at the end of summer...? Or E-7?

That part makes me a bit puzzled, or I just don't see the joke. The last panel Shigu said she got "scolded" by Iowa.

Everyone else have damaged the boss enough and now it's time for Shigure to finish it with a TCI... I'm pretty sure she failed to trigger it, choked the boss and didn't clear the map, hence she want to end her life.

Hmm, it seems like Shigure is thinking about what Iowa means by dangerous things about being the only one wearing bikinis. Anyway, handwritten kanjis are evil.

Ok, finally figure out the title. Basicly Shigu is wearing her bikini and not her normal uniform -> missmatch clothes or you could say messed up uniform. The title implies when you wear messed up clothes, you have a messed up heart. So the last two panels you have a weak hearted/suicidal Shigu.

Makes one wonder why the Nonco's base hasn't fallen into complete disarray and chaos with shipgirls so easily influenced by word choice? There has to be a deciding factor that counterbalances the sheer insanity at this base.

I completely forgot that Nonco's Iowa was into skinship.

Modified the translation to better reflect the tone of what is said by Shigure. It should be a lot more obvious now why she's trying to end herself.

I think she just misunderstood Iowa's meaning she's dangerous in many many ways, she's the only 1 in swimsuit so she's like the odd man out which is the title also hints, disorder of clothes (the fleet girls proper uniform) disorder of mind (cause on Shigu to commit sudoku), and the dangerous in many many ways might mean to Shigu as she's being a dead-weight to the fleet and will cause retreats. I don't know if it has something to do about her luck as she said "For Iowa-san, of all people, to have said that to me", because they both have high luck after all. Shigu thought Iowa's belittling her or the way Iowa dressed but I don't know why she would commit sudoku on that matter though,You know Nonco's puns and mental state of her girls in his fleet.

Yup, this. Here "dangerous in many different ways" is used to indicate both the reduced physical protection AND how quick she'll start exposing herself after some hit. The problem is, that coming from Iowa makes you wonder just how lewdly you're dressed right now.
