Basically, it's like the "Hiei is a bro" gags from the kouji mangas, but with every character that won't overreact with "hilarious consequences" being someone who will gleefully give naked lapdances for the admiral and ask why anyone has a problem with that.

Hiei, Mutsu, Nagato are the only ones it's been implied he actually got physical with as far as I can remember.

Saratoga, certainly. As for the rest, the only thing I can remember us getting any indication of is shared bathing which (as best I understand) is kind-of standard operating procedure around these parts.

Apart from Nagato's after-show bit and the dubious "workout" she accrued, its kinda interesting this Admiral has personal furnishings in his office even after he made the Seabees look like candy asses used by shipgirls despite having a common shower room and docks.

Well, I mean, he did build the base by hand. If I had to do that, I damn well would make sure my quarters were comfortable... especially if they underfunded the construction to the point I had to ask the starting ship to use her torpedoes to dig out the water mains.

On that note, the Bangalore torpedo isn't a naval weapon but rather a combat engineering tool from the ground up. Its being called a torpedo is in reference to its explosive nature and general shape; Bangalore is the name of its Indian city of origin.
