    This involves a karaoke spot that's not around any more, so I'm finally able to draw it. :-)

    I've also heard thumps on the wall in rooms that aren't supposed to have a room next door!

    Could he AFFORD to pay Reimu to solve an "incident"? Pretty sure that if she gets it in her head that she can charge people for solving incidents she'll basically start a protection racket with the entirety of Gensokyo roped in.
