Fog Ships would wreck the girls, I don't think they'd be stupid enough to try and pull that.
Actually, they had an in-game crossover as one of their earliest events. (Granted, Fog ships have crazy high stats, and the only way to survive was basically to use the loaner Fog ships like Iona as bait and hope for the best when the super-graviton cannons were being fired every which way, but you absolutely did have KC ships standing their ground against ARP ships.)

Though IIRC in game it was mentioned ARP Hyuuga upgraded the KC girls to fight the Fog.
