One of Ooarai's delinquent Naval Study students that lives in the deepest bowel of Ooarai's school carrier, the one who blocks the Anglerfish Team and kidnaps Sodoko to work in Ogin's bar.

EDIT: After looking around a bot, it seems the two students who kidnap Sodoko are a shout-out for Mad Max's two bad guys, Toecutter and Bubba.
