They pissed off the personification/core of the Fuyuki grail. Putting Guda's baby in Jeanne was her way of telling them to fuck off by some literal/jackass genie interpretation of Jalter's tsundere act.

In doing that the Greater Grail also made Jalter mortal, since as said, a servant can't get pregnant.
Why do I have a feeling that all the other female Servants are now gonna start some sort of hunt for Irisviel? Specifically the ones that really, really like Ritsuku?
