Alright, someone please explain to me why Bismarck had to say "It's not reverse rape, see?" when she first had sex with Admiral Hisamura (per post #3130851), because what she's saying here strongly implies it was simply vanilla mutually-happy sex.

... And I'm still trying to figure out what Hisamura meant in the last panel of post #2893524.

I can't really reconcile this, even within the context of the background image of a Patlabor II opening parody, with all the suggested explanations that I've seen in the comments on that post and subsequent ones.

@MarqFJA87: My view of post #2893524 doesn't match up with everyone else's but I'll give it a shot.

To me, "within the bounds of law and morality" means that Admiral Hisamura will generally return affections (i.e. returning a hug or allowing a kiss, ect.)

And the last panel with the Patlabor that everyone else in comments seem to equate to sexual exhaustion is more like general resignation over the fact that if a ship girl ends up "forcing the issue" (which Bismarck seems to have done), Hisamura has very little, if any, defense against it.

Bismark (and probably Mutsu) "forcing the issue" is also what Kongou is angry about there. Not that he can't get it up anymore.

As for my own comments, I'm not quite sure what to make of Bismarck's timeline here. From what she says, all this happens in the Admiral's room but in a previous comic, Musashi says sexy times happened in the bath.

It's the Admiral's bath, which one could say is in his private room, as it's an ensuite.

The な on Bisko's line is like here she's asking for confirmation, but rhetorically. It is normal sex, but since she's being rather forceful and taking the lead, she needs to confirm to herself that she's not doing reverse rape. Maybe I should change the 'see?' to 'right?'...

な can function as a sentence-final to indicate emphasis or emotion. Could that work?

I suppose what I mean by "forcing the issue" is for times like what Bismarck described here where her feelings ended up overflowing. Remember that he does try to keep moral boundaries while still responding to the girls' wishes.

And as for having to do it with many shipgirls, I really don't think there are as many as you think. For all the thirsty shipgirls there are, I believe that they are also rather timid when it comes to actually pursuing it. I mean, "Burning Love" Kongou of all people ended up being less aggressive than Haruna in that regard when the Admiral asked them what they wanted for an MVP reward in post #2772058
