Having some trouble with QE's line on the last panel. She literally says "a small thing" (something trivial) in the last panel, but it doesn't seem to fit her character to answer Z23 that way (unless she's saying "being noble" is as easy to her as breathing, hence trivial). Maybe she's asking Z23 to stick to trivial talk instead (i.e. "stick to chit-chat")?
