It's the new rebooted version of the Anti-Monitor, which is why he looks so different.

...You know, considering the things I've heard about New 52 and whatever reboot version they're on now, and how DC has ruined everything, I'm not even surprised.

I mean, the Anti-Monitor had the coolest look if you ask me.
