I don't know Russian, so I'll just take your word for it. Japanese words are pretty much the same except a few points. One of which is kinda peculiar... @NNescio Can you take a look at the displine line? It's...well, a way of usage I'm not too familiar with,

"Наш Советский Союз покарает...весь мир" translates to "Our Soviet Union will punish...the whole world". "Conquers" would require a different word, "покоряет". I'm not sure if there are official lyrics somewhere, but just listening to the song it's pretty hard to discern which of the two is being used.

So it's literally punish then? I got all the Russian lines from @anoninko , so whatever he/she says counts for me. And that's the iffy part...punish? For...what? I keep having this weird taste in my mouth, that's why I switched to displine. Still, it's weird to me. Unless conquer, displine, and punish are actually interchangeable somehow...

懲罰 and pokarat' (conjugated to 3rd person future pokaraet here) both mean "to punish" in the "to inflict a penalty upon" sense. Both words imply that the other party is under (or soon to be under) the power of the punisher, and has done something to justify the punishment somehow (by breaking some law or rule). There is some difference in nuance though -- pokarat' is stronger and more 'emotional' and can be used often in prose and speech to chastise a religious/ideological/national enemy, while 懲罰 is usually more technical and legalistic (in Japanese, that is, Chinese 懲罰 is more generic).
I vote "smite" to convey the meaning more precisely.
In any case, very good job with the Japanese translation here.

They probably started off with English lyrics, using "conquer", which somehow managed to morph into pokaraet for some weird reason. The Russian lyrics is quite silly in several places, but it fits the campy, B-movie feel of Red Alert very well. Sadly they mangled the pronunciation so bad, you can't distinguish the individual words.
Semi-official version gave us this version: Our Soviet Union subjugates the whole world Like a gigantic bear from the East. The sheep wander aimlessly, without any cause, Yet the Soviet bear's on the hunt.
Turret doesn't match the BT series turret that I know of. Maybe it's the T-26 light tank? There's not quite enough detail on the turret to pinpoint the make of the tank it's attached to.
Stirring is the word --- however with unemotion, one can see that a revival of the dreary old gods of communism and that once Union will be as useful and as exciting as a revival of the Houses of Parliament and the stuffy snivelling elected turds therein ( or the French Chambers or the Houses of Congress ) when all these things have collapsed and they are in the Dustbin of History, as inevitably they too shall pass.
