The actual ship 'sniped' USS Wasp (CV), O'Brien (DD), and North Carolina (BB) in a single torpedo salvo (5 out of 6 hits), sinking the first two and damaging the third. The sixth torpedo barely missed USS Hornet. It was one of the most successful torpedo salvos in history... even given that hitting O'Brien and North Carolina was utter dumb luck (I-19 aimed all torpedoes at Wasp, at a range of ~900m).
Kancolle Iku makes a reference to this event, and proclaims herself as the Sniper of the Sea. I don't think anybody actually called the original ship that though.

Imuya calls herself that too, yes. And IIRC the actual ship achieved a longer-range kill (at the intended target), but USS Yorktown was already damaged.

I don't think Inazuma is in that big of a rush to take out the other teams, but I have no doubt she can and will do it if she believes she has to.
Maybe she'll let Team 14 make its run and see if anyone already in the lighthouse takes them out. If not, make a quick dash themselves, and parkour their way in the top rather than the bottom.
But what kind of place would have good visibility and be easy to hole up...That's right...
