Can confirm, they do. Tried it in GFL, but I only got Spectre M4 (just slightly better than an IDW roll). I used the right though, might have to try it again on the other side. You know, just to be through.

My fiancee rolled shit tier. I rolled a Tokarev. Female nips may be nerfed. Gotta keep rolling to confirm the stats though.
