The Scarlet Devil Mansion now has a gate guardian for every flavor. Although I wonder why all these Meilings have popped up?
From what I got from his posts, he just began experimenting with the idea of multiple universes with different Meilings. First ones were the black/expressionless Meiling, and the Jiang Shi one which was supposed to be Meiling's backstory initially, of how she got lured by Seiga because she was not happy of her body - aka her chest and scars. Then he changed his mind tho. He saw the concern from the comments, and he was not happy of it much himself. So he took a more "Meiling is slowly getting used to her body" route, and Jiang Shi Meiling became an alternate universe - and the protagonist of a movie. Then they just kept coming!
I don't think chest and breast are placed in the same level.
It's still hypocritical even if not the same level you can't walk up to a guy, grope his chest, then slap him when her gropes your chest after you do it to him and he never hit you.
