I feel him. Sometimes the weirdest things can break a writer's block. Including, but not limited to: Extreme Sleep deprivation, drugging (caffeine or for those with ADD, concerta or other products), slamming your head in a wall couple of times, screaming in frustration, running, eating healthily, sleeping well, taking a break, living healthily, experiencing depression and so on.

All of those are preferable over writer's block in my personal opinion.
